Tonight, like every third Tuesday of the month, our team will pack up and head downtown St. Louis—not for a meeting or a pop-up—but to serve tacos, give hugs, and maybe, just maybe, help save a life.
We call it Taco Tuesday, but it’s so much more than dinner.
Together with our friends at Restoration House, we open the doors to anyone who needs a warm meal and a kind word. But we’re especially looking for the ones who are hardest to find—the kids slipping through the cracks, the ones hiding in plain sight.
Because in our city, kids are being trafficked.
Yes, here. In St. Louis.
And it’s happening more than most people realize.
Missouri ranks 4th in the U.S. for reported human trafficking cases.
Most victims are teenagers.
And many were never taken—they were simply abandoned, forgotten, or ignored.
Some of these kids are couch-surfing, living in cars, trading safety for survival.
Some are running from abuse.
And some are being targeted and exploited by people who promise to "take care of them."
When we serve tacos, we’re not just feeding the hungry.
We’re looking for lost kids.
We’re offering eye contact. Dignity. A safe place.
And through the Restoration House team, we’re helping them find a way out.
The Roasted Purpose was never just about protein coffee.
It was born from a deeper need—to create something that’s good for you and good for others.
So yes, we care deeply about clean ingredients, nourishing your body, and resetting your health.
But this is the why behind the brand:
To take something as simple as your morning cup…
And turn it into a ripple of real-world impact.
When you switch your coffee, you’re not just making a healthier choice for yourself.
You’re helping us reach kids who desperately need hope.
And that’s not marketing—it’s ministry.
If you’ve ever wondered what we mean by “good for others,” this is it.
